沙茶牛肉 花菜炒肉片 雪菜墨魚 黑木耳烤麩 冬瓜小排扁尖湯 昨天付了上個月的飯錢,128元,吃得還不少(次數)。 早上:今天沒人替我買早飯,我又懶得叫外賣,哎,餓了一頓,其實不吃早飯很不好,以後要注意吃。 中午:辦公室八塊頭盒飯,沙茶牛肉是主菜,但一點也沒吃出沙茶的味道來,黑木耳絲炒蛋還不錯。 晚上:丈母娘家,小吳阿姨事先燒的。 花菜炒肉片:花菜的切法,不是正宗切法,就是胡亂切開而已,而不是把”花朵”一顆摘下後再切的,不過,家裡做菜,好像也真的不用像我這麼講究啦。 雪菜墨魚:味道很好,只是墨魚很薄,太薄了,下回做一次厚的。 冬瓜小排扁尖湯:冬瓜太少,扁尖也太少,小吳阿姨現在做菜,越來越省了。 07/11/2006
