花菜炒肉片 孜然烤肉 花菜炒肉片，因為小吳阿姨回老家開刀，這棵花菜是週日買了囤著的，週三回家的時候，新的保姆已經把花菜掰開，浸在水裡了，可花菜上已經有許多褐色的小點點了，我衹能用把小刀把花菜一朵一朵地刮一遍，肉片也是保姆切的 Hormel的孜然烤肉，味道很好；本來還想烤一烤的，但烤箱被夫人霸佔烤蛋糕了。切的之前，用開水泡了一下碪板和刀，結果倒好，那把片刀燙得要死，衹能拿在木柄上，沒法扶住刀面；等切完，刀面還是燙的。 08/18/2004
甜椒童子雞 Mini菇炒肉片 拿手的甜椒童子雞，可謂駕輕就熟了，今天和小豆子一起去買菜，騙她說這個是甜椒，甜的，還答應她要是吃的話，讓她拍大頭照。後來，小豆子居然吃了好多，心想還好，沒有答應她吃一片拍一張大頭照。 這個菇很奇怪，大家都不知道叫什麼，最可愛的叫做Mini菇。 08/22/2005
