花菜炒肉片 孜然烤肉 花菜炒肉片,因為小吳阿姨回老家開刀,這棵花菜是週日買了囤著的,週三回家的時候,新的保姆已經把花菜掰開,浸在水裡了,可花菜上已經有許多褐色的小點點了,我衹能用把小刀把花菜一朵一朵地刮一遍,肉片也是保姆切的 Hormel的孜然烤肉,味道很好;本來還想烤一烤的,但烤箱被夫人霸佔烤蛋糕了。切的之前,用開水泡了一下碪板和刀,結果倒好,那把片刀燙得要死,衹能拿在木柄上,沒法扶住刀面;等切完,刀面還是燙的。 08/18/2004
