It is from 隨園食單,you can do a google search to find it. But the recipe in that book is very simple, I will write a detailed one once I get chance.
Have you tried any recipes from Dreams of the Red Chamber or Plum in the Golden Vase? That could be fun. Besides, there are some in those late Ming early Qing 小品.
I tried one that called 茄鯗 and I think that I didn’t capture it.
