A quick dirty way for emacs spell check under Windows

1. Get aspell, http://aspell.net/win32/
2. Install aspell
3. Copy the entire c:program filesaspell to somewhere else
4. Change the aspellbinaspell.exe to ispell.exe
5. Now you can use M-x ispell to do the spell check
