I found a very good personal website when I was looking for some cab information in Shanghai. Wan Jian Shuo, a project manager of Microsoft in Shanghai, created that pure English website. I found him through MSN and did some chatting with him.

Eventually, I found that he uses the MOVABLETYPE skill to manage his personal website. It�s a perl scripts enabled template system, or so called a TMS.

I downloaded the newest version of MOVEABLETYPE and installed on my personal website. Jerry Lee did the domain name parsing for me again.
