Melamine and Analogues Safety\/Risk Assessment\uff0c\u7531\u7f8e\u570bFDA\u57282007\u5e745\u670825\u65e5\u767c\u4f48\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u7db2\u4e0a\u627e\u5230\uff08<a title=\"http:\/\/www.cfsan.fda.gov\/~dms\/melamra.html\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cfsan.fda.gov\/~dms\/melamra.html\">http:\/\/www.cfsan.fda.gov\/~dms\/melamra.html<\/a>\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5176\u4e2d\u6700\u95dc\u9375\u7684\u8a9e\u53e5\u662f\u9019\u6a23\u8aaa\u7684\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>In light of the calculation that the highest estimate of exposure (i.e., 2.5 \u00b5g\/ kg bw\/day for a 60 kg individual) is more than two orders of magnitude lower than the TDI (0.63 mg.kg.day), which are based on reasonable assumptions and a 100-fold safety factor, the consumption of pork, poultry, eggs and domestic fish is very unlikely to pose a human health risk.<\/p>\n<p>\u6216\u8a31\u4f60\u8b80\u4e0d\u61c2\u9019\u4e9b\u82f1\u8a9e\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u9019\u6bb5\u7684\u7d50\u5c3e\u8655\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u8a5e\u544a\u8a34\u6211\u5011\u9019\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\u662f\u5728\u8c6c\u8089(pork)\uff0cpoultry(\u5bb6\u79bd)\uff0c\u96de\u86cb(egg)\uff0c\u9bf0\u9b5a(\u9019\u88e1\u7684domestic
