- 1 pound ground beef 80/20
- 1 pound white mushrooms
- 1 red onion
- 24 pcs tortilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper fresh grind
- 4 pcs oregano
- 3 pcs thyme

Beef stuff
- Mice mushrooms and red onion into small.
- Mix the ground beef with miced white mushroom and red onion.
- Add salt and black pepper, oregano and thyme leaves, mix togehter.
Pan Cake
- Put stuff on the tortilla, about 0.5 cm thick, leave the edge without stuff.
- Cover another tortilla, press the edge together.
- Add some oil to a none-stick fry pan, put the pan cake into the pan, use medium heat, cook until golden then flip cook as well.
